Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
At Ozone Billiards, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our products get shipped to the customer directly from our suppliers. Therefore your order may arrive in different packages. Most products ship within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Orders are only processed on business days. For accurate shipping information, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed under the product name on the product page, or call our customer service line. If in any case the supplier notifies us that the ordered product is back-ordered, out-of-stock, or discontinued, we will notify you via email shortly after placing your order.
Made to Order Items
Please note that made-to-order items may have different shipping times. Shipping times for these items are subject to change depending on the m production schedules. Be sure to check the product page for the most up-to-date information on shipping times. You will be notified of any delay in your order via email.
Refund Policy for Shipping Costs
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Ozone Billiards is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping caused with the carrier.
Expedited Shipping
If you choose expedited shipping with UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day Air, please be aware that the expedited shipping only applies once the product has shipped out. It does not expedite the processing time for any products. We will not refund expedited shipping costs before the item has shipped, unless you would like to change the delivery method. We want to ensure the quality of each order, and expedited shipping only affects the time it takes for the product to reach you once it leaves the facility.
Damaged Goods
We understand that receiving damaged goods can be disappointing, but fear not! If you happen to notice any damages to your package or items upon delivery, we kindly request that you notify our customer service team immediately! It's crucial not to discard the box or any items within it, as we'll need pictures of the package and items to initiate a claim with UPS for shipping damages, or with the manufacturer if the damages are a result of a manufacturer defect. In the rare instance where you observe physical damage while the delivery driver is still present, please have them report it on their end, and feel free to refuse the delivery. We will refund or replace eligible products as soon as the the appropriate claim is closed.
Please email us at sales@ozonebillairds.com for any issues with your order. To further expedite the claim process, please send clear pictures/videos of the damages so that we may proceed to correct the problem.
Shipping Restrictions
- U.S. Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
