Shipping Policy
General Information
At Ozone Billiards, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most products ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order. For accurate shipping information, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed under the product name on the product page.
Made to Order Items
Please note that made-to-order items may have different shipping times. Shipping times for these items are subject to change depending on production schedules. Be sure to check the product page for the most up-to-date information on shipping times. You will be notified of any delay in your order via email.
Expedited Shipping
If you choose expedited shipping, please be aware that it only applies once the product has shipped. It does not expedite the processing time. We want to ensure the quality of each order, and expedited shipping only affects the time it takes for the product to reach you once it leaves our facility.
Refund Policy for Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping costs for orders within the processing stage unless you would like to change shipping methods. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
- U.S. Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
We offer different shipping options that are available dependent upon the order contents and address the package is shipping to.
