The Simonis X-1 is a high-tech felt cleaner that works by static electricity and by capillarity. Iwan Simonis, producers of the best playing billiard cloth, developed the X-1 with the objective to preserve the quality of a cloth by providing it with an efficient cleaning device.     I have used various brushes and vacuums in the past. My regular table cleaning will be with the X-1 from now on.

    This is a most-superior product for cleaning felt on the pool table, far exceeding the result obtained by using a brush! Yes, it costs more but superior products usually do. I'm looking forward to many years of satisfaction with this device.

    Iam not sure if cleaner actually works. It seems that it just rubs the chalk into the table..
