Only had a few days, but it seems to work well. Exactly as described, and with the solid guarantee, how can you go wrong?

This is my very first cue and also my very first purchase from Ozone Billiards. I always wanted my own cue that I can be accustomed to, because house cues vary from place to place in length, weight, taper, tip, straightness, etc. After much debating and research, I finally decided to get this one (because I'm a huge fan of the "natural wood" look). I was amazed at the quality and finish on this cue -- it's flawless! It's very straight and has a nice glossy finish. But apart from aesthetics, this cue packs a punch in performance. Many people underestimate this cue and consider it a "beginner cue" (probably due to price), but trust me, it performs way better than all the "beginner" cues that I've tried in the past. Bare in mind, that factor is also determined by the skill of the player who uses it. In a recent discussion on YouTube, the great Efren Reyes said that at one time he use to play with a $10 cue! And he also admitted he used to hustle with the same! (No need to ask who won)

When I ordered this, I upgraded the case to a hard one. However, it wasn't in stock and I was placed on back order. I had to get this cue by a certain time to use in a tournament, so I emailed OZ on the issue and they immediately acted and upgraded my case at no extra cost! I got my cue in time and I really love the upgraded replacement case OB sent me (will write a separate review for that). After playing with the cue a couple times, I can confidently say the performance is awesome. I however, wouldn't recommend this as a break cue (I use the house cue for breaking). The tip is also great and holds shape, so I may order some replacement Le Pro tips and the Tiger glue in a future purchase.

All in all, this is a great product in both quality and performance, and the customer service experience I had with OB is highly commendable! I will definitely make all future pool-related purchases from Ozone Billiards!

  • Nice Cue

This is the first product I've ordered from Ozone and I was not disappointed. I ordered this cue on Sunday and it was delivered the following Wednesday, amazing. My cue looks much better than it does in the pictures, the finish on it is beautiful without any flaws at all. The cue is straight and true and a pleasure to shoot with. I think my next purchase will be an additional shaft with an upgraded tip. For the price, you can't beat this cue.
