My grand kids are 5 & 8 and the book neither were able to understand it. I also did not feel I could use it as a teaching tool. Might be okay for 10 and up.

  • Great Book

This book is a good one to accompany the book, "How to Play Pool Right". It tackles the topics a little differently and has some information that the other book doesn't have. It has a good design layout that will appeal to kids. Depending upon the age of the child, this book may need to be read with the child. I bought it for a 6 and an 8 year old. They need an adult to help understand it. The pictures should help hold their interest.

This is a great book to get kids started in playing pool. My granddaughters have really enjoyed the book and learned to develop the foundation of becomming a good pool player.

Somw adults would do well to read this book

Disappointed with book. It seems to be geared towards older children and info is so so. Nothing that any person that plays could not have fought a child. Guess I was looking for something more for young children
