This Cuetec shafts was a replacement for my husbands cue stick shaft that was shattered. We're not 100% sure how that happened other than possibly some teenage boys using it. The cue stick was a gift so when we discovered it was shattered, he was heartbroken. So glad you were able to provide the replacement.
Ordered as a replacement for a split shaft (humidity/temp changes are bad news for cuetec) Fit perfect, hit perfect, nice tip, no complaints
The shift is ok . I just don't like the feel. This is just my preference.

I was looking for a replacement as I had cracked the fiberglass sheathing on my old shaft. oZone had the correct one, easy to identify, easy to order. Good price too! Arrived in a well protected box, wrapped in bubble plastic so no warping. Fit was perfect with old stick handle. Great! Will order and purchase from this great online vendor again. Received a 13mm Shaft in error but as is customary, the outstanding staff of Ozone Billiards corrected the issue. Just received the correct shaft in the mail, the 12mm shaft, and I was impressed with the quality and workmanship and the strength of this shaft; there is hardly no flex, which translates into little or no deflection. Outstanding job Ozone!!! I'm a customer for life.
it is not as good as my original shaft but it does the job and it does not feel like the original but i like the everst tip is a great product ,i wish i had it on the original.Also great thanks for ozone billiards for the support on the phone if you need it .They are not after your money or they want to sell the product and forget about you,they are for long relation with the customers.I will never buy anything from some where else this is my third order and iam happy with the service.*****
