The color is actually more tan than gold, which is exactly what I was looking for. I play at different bars in the league, some with red felt, some blue and I don't like getting so many colors on the cue tip. The brown does not sully the red, blue or green felt and keeps my cue looking neater.

I have used several chalk brands over the years to determine which chalks holds best. In my opinion it is the Triangle chalk.

I know most people wouldnt think so bc its made by the same company but... i have used both on same tips back to back and triangle holds better, and it should for the price difference. Tan chalk to keep your stuff looking nice and clean!

I've used the other brand for years so i was looking for a change and I was pleased that Triangle chalk was different it has a very smooth texture and stays on the tip. Good stuff.

I've tried several different brands of chalk, and I must say that Triangle makes a better chalk in my opinion. It goes on smooth and stays there until the stroke. An excellent product!

I have Aztec color felt, and this chalk is a great match. Only 3 bucks a box of 12, I will definitely be getting more in the future.

I have an Aztec felt color and I was searching for the closest color. All the chalk arrived in great condition and faster than the original estimate.
