This chalk appears to be a bit finer than Masters, even though both made by same company. Triangle appears to be a bit pool hall friendlier in that it seems less gets on table cloth, easier to clean off cloth, easier on cue tips for longer life, and holds to tip a bit better for better control. But eveyone that uses chalk effectively has their own opinion. Good all around chalk for the price. Have evaluated by using many other chalks. USed Triangle many years now as a replacement for no longer made "World's Best." If you know that slogan, you know the rest.

Triangle Pool Cue Chalk compares to Silver Cup and Master Pool Cue Chalk in quality. Triangle Blue pool chalk is a great product. This pool cue chalk is sufficiently firm so it doesn't crumble during ordinary use, and adheres properly to the pool cue tip. Triangle pool cue chalk is a top notch product of this 75 year old company. One cube of Triangle chalk lasts for quite some time.

Chalk feels like a finer quality than Masters. Appears to work better than Masters on medium and soft tips. Believed to be easier on tips and cloth, therefore a cost saver, over Masters, for billiard rooms.

This chalk is by far the best. There is simply no comparison to even consider.
I found out about Triangle Billiard Chalk while playing with some of the top pros during the 80' and 90's. When you depend on the best Chalk for your best game choose Triangle Billiard Chalk.

Personally, my favorite kind of chalk. I like the way brand new triangle chalk spreads more than my experience with fresh Masters or Silver Cups

I have been using triangle for over 40yrs. Best chalk in town. Also, it has a yellow paper wrapping which distinguishes my chalk from all the others. I will say that there is nothing wrong with masters (blue) it's just that I really love my triangle. Speaking of masters, I cant get as good of draw with any other color than blue. And remember, when on a critical shot focus and exhale as you are shooting. Have a nice day.

I've been partial to Triangle for as long as I can remember - great chalk that adheres nicely to the tip and allows consistency on each shot. Every bit as good as Master chalk (which is also great - you can't go wrong with either Master or Triangle, I'm just partial to Triangle). Also, another benefit is you always can spot which cube of chalk is yours if you place it on the table since most halls use Master.
