Whenever the tip happens to miscue this helps fix that problem right away! Helps hold the chalk to get those tough english shots that come up in games. Worth the money!

A friend of mine, who is a much better player than me, suggested that I get a Tip Pik instead of using the scuffer I was using. I bought one and can tell the difference already. This is a very good product and worth the money. When using it, use the tip around the edges first, slightly twisting the cue as the Tip hits the cue. Then once the edge is done, work on the center of the tip.

Works well, but for the price was very surprised that the cap would not stay on. I had to put a small piece of tape on the inside of the cap to keep it snug on the end. For $11 I expected the cap to stay on. Other than that it works fine as an actual pik.

The Tip Pik is a neat item to help with chalk retention on your cue tip. Simply put, it works. As for the cap/cover easily coming off, just crimp the cover ever so slightly. Problem solved. Ozone, thank you for your fast service. Perfect, once again!

I love this tip tool. No need to worry about changing the shape of your tip with this product. Works great on hard tips (be careful on softer tips so you don't "rough up" too much tip)

For the price and compactness, this is a 5. It does the job and will last you a long long time. Just besure you know how to properly pick your tip...dont multi stab it.. aim it and apply hard pressure according to the shape of your tip. Dont stab and twist. not swallow tip pik...not rocket science =)
