Absolutely no problems ordering from Ozone. Everything was delivered quickly and just as ordered.

Althought I thought I ordered a 19 oz pool cue, I received an 18 oz one. But that could have been my fault. Im still happy with it and the service from Ozone Billiards. The cue arrived in the specified time, which was within days of my order.

Bought a Player and a Viper for 2 of my kids and a McDerrmott for myself. I have 6 kids so Ill be back for the others birthdays and probably for some house cues. Email queries are met with quick responses. No reason to buy a cue anywhere else. No better deal or service on the web.
