Tracking the package was the easiest I've ever encountered with an online merchant. The email link takes you to the company website that has one-button tracking -- just click the button and it takes you to the correct UPS tracking page. No cutting and pasting your tracking number into the UPS website. The package was delivered on the date promised. These folks are great. I've made several orders with these folks in the past and had great service. The only minor dissatisfaction I've ever with them was when I ordered a custom shaft for a cue, which may take a week or more to get completed and get sent out. I don't really think that is Ozone's fault. The thing Ozone could do a little better would be to keep me updated on the progress of that shaft and when I could expect to receive it.
There was a little confusion about wheather I was going to receive the RG99 21oz.cue or the RG105 21oz.cue but that was settled after a few e-mails back&forth and I was first told in an e-mail that I would receive my order on Feb.18th when I tried to track my package & when I tracked it later It was stated that I wouldnt receive my package until Feb.19th which is when I received it. however it thought it was odd that I received an e-mail request from yahoo for a review even before I received my order and other than the few mentioned problems everything was fine and I tried my cue today Feb20th 2009 and loved it.

The reason I gave a 2 on customer service was because I really wanted to look at the sticks before i spent that much money on a stick. I was told that the only time I could look at them was during the hours that most people work. 9 to 5 . no weekends so i was expected to pick from the pictures on the net and those where not even full shots of the sticks themselves. The person I ordered through was extremely nice and offered a 90 day return policy so i accepted , but i do wish they would conform to the schedules of the customer instead of themselves. Delivery was right on time and i do appriciate that and the stick itself is great.No return neccessary. I do look forward to doing future business with the company. Thanks.
The purchasing process was good but my item was scratched and one of the piece's was missing for assembly and along with that the installation instructions were missing. I called customer service and they was very helpful with my problem and I am very satisfied with how they handled it.
The purchase was very easy and Ozone Billiards is top notch as always. I ordered Jeanette Lee's -Black Widow Billiards DVD. The DVD arrived in perfect condition. The only problem was that it was left at my front door in plain view. I live in an apartment and anyone could've walked by and picked it up. Ozone Billiards may want to change who they use to ship their merchandise or at least tell UPS not to leave packages at the front door of apartments. The package could've been left at the apartment office. Other than that small but significant problem, I will continue to buy from Ozone Billiards.

I purchased an engraved pool stick. I am very pleased. I had it in 2-3 days. I was amazed! It is a birthday gift and was concerned it would get here in time and i got it right away. I would have thought it would have taken at least 3 weeks. Especially with it being personalized.

I received a 60% discount over other sites due to closeout on item, it listed everywhere for $400 I bought for $160. I also tried to purchase another cue, but found out it was out of stock. The back-order was to take more than two months, so I purchased it somewhere else. Shipping and delivery went well. I actually tried to pay extra for two-day delivery, but was refunded because their free ground shipping only took two days to reach my address. I ordered several items for my pool cues. Among the items were a talc cone, tip burnisher, tip taper, and a floor rack to hold ten cues. Everything arrived in good condition and within a few days. We were notified when the order was shipped. All-in-all, I am satisfied with the order. My only regret is that the 'cherry mahogany' stand appears to be much redder than the picture on the Internet. I can live with it but would have liked something a little more on the brown side.

I compared prices on pool cue sticks and misc. items at several websites, and Ozone's were the best. I had a very easy and pleasent purchase experience with a very knowedgeable sales person. I called another billiard company first and no one answered. A nice young lady answered right away at ozone billiards and was very helpful in explaining the differences and helping to find the right felt for my table. Plus the gentleman who covered my table said that his cost on the same felt was about $60 more than what i paid! Ozone shipped my order out on the same day even though i didnt order it till 4PM and i receieved it promptly three days later.

I am very impressed! Ozone Billiards took the initiative to adjust my shipping choice from overnight to ground as I was within 2 day ground delivery. They emailed me to let me know that overnight was an unnecessary expense due to my proximity to their location (I was not knowing!) My order included two engraved items and I received the entire order, accurately one day after placing my order! Very nice! I will definately order again in the near future!
