Have tried other spots for my table but have not been satisfied with the quality and durability. I find that I have to replace the spots after about a month or so because they start to lift at the edges and won't stay flat. Decided to give these a try. So far they seem to be working well. The quality of the material the spot is made of seams to be a little heavier. Time will tell weather the longevity is there.

The head spots are very thin and lay down nicely. These head spots did not have the split removable backing and are therefore more difficult to install.

Excellent quality spots at a better price. Sticks well, and they don't look cheap.

I purchased a set of these "spots" for use on a new pool table. Generally, I do not like large "spots" on a pool table, because the smooth surface serves to allow movement of the head ball when setting a rack of balls on the table. So, I cut trimmed a pair of these spots with scissors such that the remaining "spots" were square with approximately 0.5-inch sides. These two modified "spots" were applied to a table over a year ago, and they are still securely in place.
