Submit a Review

You can submit a review of any item on our site, whether you have purchased the item or not. If you have purchased the item and you have an account with Ozone Rewards, you will receive 5 points for every approved review you submit! To submit a review:

If you have received an email requesting that you review items you have recently purchased:
  1. Follow the instructions in the email, and click on the link provided for each item you wish to review
  2. Next, click on the "Product Reviews" tab below the item's basic information, next to the "Description" tab
  3. Next, click "Rate & Review this Item"
  4. Choose an overall rating in stars (5 stars is best, 1 is worst)
  5. Fill out the rest of the requested information (a red * denotes a required section)
  6. Click "Submit Review" at the bottom of the screen
  7. You have now submitted a product review!
If you are reviewing a product without an email request:
  1. Find the item you wish to review on our site
  2. Follow the instructions above, starting with step 2.

Edit Your Reviews

If you have submitted a review and you wish to change anything about it, please contact our customer service department at sales@ozonebilliards.com and give us the email address you provided in the review as well as the item you reviewed, and we will remove the old review so you can submit a new one.

Email Notifications

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, there will usually be an option to sign up for an email alert when the item is back in stock. To see if this option is available and sign up for it:
  1. Find the item you wish to purchase on our site
  2. If the item is out of stock, and this feature is available, there will be a red button reading "Notify Me When Back In Stock" where the "Add to Cart" button would usually be found.
  3. Click on this red button and fill in your name and email address
  4. Click Submit
  5. You will now receive an email alert whenever the item is back in our inventory!
