How to Determine Hand Size? Lay your hand, palm down, on a piece of paper. Draw a line on each side of your hand at the widest point exclude your
thumb. If the distance between the two lines is :
3 1/8" or less , you wear a small.
3 1/8" to 3 3/4", you wear a medium
Greater than 3 3/4", you wear a large

This glove is suitable for me. I have a fluent and consistent stroke now. It's very comfortable and allows air to pass through so it doesn't make my hand hot either. Great purchase!
