this is a really dense backboard and it goes together easily really tight fit around the dart board!!! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to put up a dart board.

This Wall Protector does it job. it's 1+ in thick and no darts have gone all the way thru. Now I just have to teach my daughters to get the darts high enough to hit the board.. not 4 feet down :)

Thank god you can flip the "Shoot the bull" and "dart's with cross-hairs" logo around cause I think they look adolescent and dumb. Mine appears all black, does it's job and looks OK. Joints are hidden by felt pretty good, goes together like 4 big puzzle pieces. Pretty sure you can't catch the wall no matter how hard you chuck a dart at it.
