Pool Table Light

There were no directions in the box and some parts I could never identify. The emails back from customer service were not helpful. The cord is pre wired which is good but you can not wind it through the chain. However, saying all that I did mount it and it looks nice and works fine. A buyer also should know that the bottom of the shade is to be 31" from the table which I did learn from customer service. I give it only 3 stars because it took to long to figure all that out
