Everyone at our pool hall buy their cues, the majority buy expensive. A good player ,accidentally picked up my new cue and played a few racks. Or maybe he was just checking out what I was using, because I was using house sticks until mine arrived in the mail. Someone recognized it as foreign and asked what cue was he using and he answered "house". I immediately interjected it was mine, I bought it, it wasn't house. My friend was surprised to hear that, because of the good quality and weight distribution. So he put it through the paces and everyone heard him compliment the stick! I own a used high-end stick but bought a reasonably priced, supposing low-end. Surprise, surprise, this cue plays excellent and is my new everyday stick.
