I had placed an order for 2 of the Ozone Billiards 8 ball polo shirts with free personalization. The day after I had placed my order I received an email from Ozone that they were offering a special promotion on these same shirts for buy 3 and get one free. I immediately called Ozone and spoke to one of their customer service people and explained the situation to her and that I would like to upgrade my order to take advantage of the buy 3 get one free promotion. She quickly took the additional information that she needed regarding size/color/personalization and upgraded my order. This is one of the reasons why I shop Ozone, they are fast, professional and a pleasure to deal with. GREAT JOB!!! Oh and by the way the shirts are quality shirts and look great. I have had several comments on the Black one that I wore for my league play. I can't wait to see the reaction when I show up wearing the other 3 colors.
