Ozone Billiards wants you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase. If at any time your purchase does not meet your expectations within our 1 year warranty period or you receive the item with any damages or defects, please contact our customer service department by email at sales@ozonebilliards.com.

Return An Order

We want to make sure that your experience with Ozone Billiards is the best; that is why we offer a 100% money back returns without any extra fees for handling or restocking within the first year of purchase. Returns must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL CONDITION for you to received credit for the returned items. Pool Cues and Darts also come with a 60 Day Unconditional Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with the way the product performance in that time frame you can return it for your full money back. As long as the product has never been abused, misused or altered in any way you can expect a hassle free return.

Any products that are personalized or customized are not eligible for returns. This includes all personalization and customization such as engraving, embroidery, shaft turndown, wrap changes, personalized signs and any other products in which we have provided a personalized service.

In order to receive your credit back you must ship the unused items back using a shipper of your choice to our warehouse. Make sure all items are securely packaged to assure it arrives in our warehouse in good condition. Please send your return with original receipt or a note with contact information including email and reason for return to:

Once we receive your return it will take 2-3 business for us to process and inspect the return. When the inspection is complete we will issue a credit and send you an email confirmation of the credit.

About Order Status

You can also check the status of your order and find tracking information online by clicking on "Order Status" in the top right corner of the home page.

The order statuses may be one of the following;

Pending - The order has been received and is currently awaiting shipping and tracking.

Shipped - This order has been shipped and tracking information emailed to you.

Cancelled/Waiting Payment - This order has been cancelled, which may have resulted from various reasons. Please contact customer service for more information.
