The OB Classic Shaft is a high performance shaft that has the same low deflection
characteristics the OB-1 and OB-2 shafts are known for but with a solid
wood core instead of the no sound dampening foam core and a white plastic
ferrule instead of the laminated maple ferrule. Built with the already proven SR6 construction
and developed
with the right materials and design to provide players with their demand of low
cue ball squirt. This Classic shaft has a stronger and much stiffer feel than
the previous OB line with a taper of 12.75mm then topped with an
Everest
tip by Tiger Products.

GREAT L.D. SHAFT james from san bernardino, ca. on December 24, 2011 I am very happy with this new Classic shaft. After testing many other LD shafts I picked this one due to the feel and the sound it makes when I strike the ball. My long shots have greatly improved using it.
I would recommend this item to a friend. This is the shaft you want! Jason from , on November 30, 2011 I jumped up an entire skill level because of my ball pocketing skills I gained because of this shaft. I was a good skill level 6 in the apa when I first purchased this shaft. After a month of using this I just felt in control and pocketing balls came so much easier. I would recommend the 12.75mm unless your a very advanced player.

The best L.D. in a 12.75 taper Skillz Elite from 412 on April 12, 2011 Im very pleased with this shaft, I have a i-2, g-core, 314 ,314-2, and initially i hated the Ob's(1and2) with the sound damper cores, but as for this Classic(NO FOAM) ,it out performs every other shaft in my bag,except for my Z-2, but its more forgiving cause of the bigger tip size..
If your looking for a outstanding shaft with very little to zero deflection in a standard taper OB CLASSIC will not disappoint..
