The counter is on the bottom of the rack. You would have to bend a lot to use it. I moved it to the top ov the rack with four screws. Now you can turn the thumb wheels with two fingers (one on top and the other underneath) with ease without bending. Also, you now gain a bottom shelf to put some brushes, etd.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

The shipping is extremely fast with oZone Billiards. Everything I have ordered comes fast and in great condition not to mention reasonably priced. The wall rack was easy to assemble. The color was not as light as I would have liked but will work fine. One thing you need to keep in mind with the counters is how high/low the rack will be on the wall. We still use the counters but the product should be redesigned so the counters sit higher on the rack.
