Cute but someone at the manufacturer needs to learn how to pack their products!

This is a cute item and overall I like it. The painting of the product is less than perfect but its not something that you notice in normal use. By far my biggest complaint is the packing material. I received my first one via FedEx who left it on my front porch. As soon as I picked it up it rattled. Sure enough the entire base was broken. I will say that Ozone was very responsive and friendly and got a 2nd one out right away. Unfortunately that one was broken also. Thank goodness the only issue with the 2nd one was the 3 wood dowels that hold the cue stick frame had been broken from the frame. I just bought epoxy and glued them back in and all works fine. Someone at the manufacturer needs to improve their packing materials because the styrofoam is very soft and can easily be dented/punctured.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
