Good intro cue
March 12, 2011
I've been using this cue for about 4-5 months now. This is my first non house cue to buy, though I've had more expensive cues to compare it to, and I must say it stacks up fairly well. This cue has a good solid feel to it, definitely worth the hundred dollars I paid. As well as a solid feel, this cue has a nice full in terms of the shaft; the shaft is smooth and fairly small, allowing for a smooth fine feeling when shooting. However, the cons of the cue are that after a couple months of use, there is definite wear and tear. The wrap is beginning to come undone, not badly but it is evident, as well, the tip is mushrooming, and the cue is becoming ever so slightly warped. However, the cue overall is good quality and excellent for someone who is wanting to get more serious about pool and wants to break away from using damaged house cues.
