We at Ozone Billiards believe in upfront pricing however many of our competitors hide their markups in their shipping and handling charges.   As a result our low price guarantee is based on the total purchase price.  If you should find a lower price including the shipping and handling charges on a legitimate United States competitor's website on an identical item we stock, we’ll match it or beat it. If you prefer to mail your order with a check or money order please make sure you complete an order online or phone in your order so you can have an order number to reference on your payment. Mail orders can be sent with payment (Check or Money Order) to:

Shipping Info

Ozone Billiards will ship any order over $50.00 using FREE ground service within the contiguous 48 states. We use UPS, USPS and Truck Freight depending on your location and the products that you are ordering.  If your order is less than $50.00 or you are outside of the contiguous 48 states or you wish to expedite your order you can calculate your actual shipping charges by placing your items in the shopping cart and fill in the Ship To information.  Then press continue and you will be able to see your shipping costs.

If your order will ship out via UPS or USPS you can expect your order to leave our warehouse in 1-3 days and then take an additional 3-5 days to be delivered to your location.

Returns

We want to make sure that your experience with Ozone Billiards is the best and that is why we provide an 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every product you buy.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 90 days.  This includes pool cues that are chalked which you will find is not offered by any of our competition.

In order to return a product please email our returns department at returns@ozonebilliards.com . Please include your contact information and reason for returning the product.

Once we receive your request we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to reference on your return shipment.

Customers will be responsible all shipping charges to return any item(s) including any shipping cost that we incurred sending out your order unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.  In addition, if there were any customizations done on a cue such as tip change or engraving we cannot refund the cost of those services.
