Good case but the clasps on it could shut tighter. Case doesn't shut all the way( very little gap though).

I had just purchased a new cue and needed a case. I found this to be nicer than the soft cases. It looks quite woodlike on the outside and is well padded inside. It got here quicker than expected.

Nothing fancy about this box, holds my cue, does what it's supposed to do. Good if you're looking for an inexpensive cue case. Extra points for their customer service! I thought I accidentally placed the same order twice, immediately sent off an email and had an answer from the in the morning, excellent response time, very able to handle my concern, etc. They shipped quickly and it arrived on time!

I couldn't exactly tell that it had a vinyl coating though it is a wood case.
Pros:
Extremely inexpensive. Lots of complements on it.
Cons:
Not enough room for my glove. Not exactly what I expected.
