I ordered the standard 7-foot vinyl cover to donate to a local senior center whose vinyl cover had been torn in several places over the years. I assumed it would fit their 7-foot table, but the length was just short (did not extend past the table ends). My initial review was to advise customers to measure their tables before ordering a size.
Upon looking at my review, Ozone Billiards apologized for the situation and, without me complaining or saying anything to them directly, said they'd ship a replacent 8-foot cover free of charge. Needless to say, their generosity was unexpected and appreciated. Great customer service.
Re the product itself, was exactly what I expected - an inexpensive solution that met my needs. Worth the low price if a cheap basic cover is what you're looking for.
