You can't beat these tips. Say something bad happens and it tears offer somebody licks it when you're not looking. Put a new one on. Not a big deal. Only bad thing is I wish it was like $25 so I could better. All kidding aside these pills are very good for the money grade A English

The blue color appears to be chalk which flakes off onto the table. This does not work well with my tan felt. Beware if you do not have blue felt.

The tip is good and soft and shapes easily. I can draw the cue ball with minmum effort. Great value for money.

The expensive tip may last a little longer but in the long run this is the best price.

I have tried LePro, Tiger, Triumph, and Elk Master cue tips. So far, I like Elk Master tips the best. Even though they are rated as a softer tip, the ones that I have received seem to be between soft and medium, but more towards medium hardness. They shape well to a dime radius, with some work, and seem to hold their shape for quite a while. I installed an Elk Master tip on my main playing cue 6 months ago. I use this same cue stick multiple days, several hours, per week, and I have only had to touch up the tip, back to a dime radius, three times in those 6 months. The tip works well for draw shots and various "English" shots.
