Just as a lot of people have said, buy 2 sets! They are cheap & you sure dont want to mess up cutting one & not having a back-up!

These cushion facing worked great. They are 3/16 inches. I wish Ozone listed that. My old facings were 1/8 inch. This was good since it tightened up my pockets 1/8 of a inch. There easy to cut. using a shape razor and if you dip the razor in soapy water it glides through the facing . Also use this trick when cutting the rail cushions. Hope this helps.

Easy to cut and no "thud"

The old rails had a thud sound when hit and the end facings did too. These were super easy to install and shape. They don't make the balls bounce in odd ways either.

The facings I received did not have pre-cut angles (they were rectangular). This made it a little more difficult to cut. I definitely suggest you use a sharp knife and re-sharpen as you move along to each facing. At this price, if you're unsure about anything (i.e., first timers), it might be a good idea to order a second set. I actually ordered the wrong rail cushion profile (old ones were so deformed, and I assumed K66 would work, but they didn't), and didn't feel like just ordering 1 more set so re-used the facings...now I wish I just went ahead and ordered a second set...as I was able to make the previous ones work well enough, but it's not a perfect job. Since my table is a hand me down, I don't really care too much, but it's a little frustrating to look at.

These facings work well with a *new* razor knife to create the angles and mitres necessary to blend with the rail once installed. Making the cuts free-hand isn't easy, but that's the nature of the labor involved in refinishing a table. Get a few extra blades because you'll want to keep a fresh one handy and cut on top of a sacrificial surface (old piece of wood or cutting board).

Well the do what their intended to do my only gripe is that they are a pain in the but to cut, I was using a sharp box cutter, I thought it was the right tool for the job.

Ordered almost all of my items via Ozone Billiards but the pool felt due to one of the other online sites offering to cut the rail cloth while Ozone didn't. I have no issues except that I didn't see that service offered or I would have ordered all of the items needed to completely redo the entire table. I must say that the quality off all items ordered were as stated and shipping was not only free but very quick. I will for sure be ordering all of my other items here in the near future. Everything is as expected but the facings I received are rectengular. No big deal, they have to be cut to fit anyway.

I am a first time pool table owner and got my new table off Craigs list for a song. Of course this meant it needed much love and attention before it could be played. The folks here at Ozone Billiards were very helpful with a first timer through their online chat and answered all my questions. These facings are not as thick as what came off the table but they do the job. One tip for first timers would be to pay attention to where the edges of the old facings stop or you may have to do some post glue trimming to get the pockets to fit right.

Not as thick but I will never notice the difference. Cutting the cushion is the hard part. Dipping your knife in water, is a must.

I did not need these for my railings - my existing railings used only half of these pieces (you had to cut them in half). I decided my peices were good enough, and did not need replacing. I will keep them incase I need to do a repair.

These cushion facings are much better than the foam ones that were previously installed. These are very solid like tire rubber with fabric weaved in. Easy to use.

When I replaced the worn out old cushions, these were a no-brainer. The old facings were just as bad. Very inexpensive and easy to work with. Just cut them to size after installing.

It's good common sense to put new cusion facings when replacing rubber bumpers so everything works like it's supposed to. Simply cut to size and use same adhesive as one used for bumpers and you're all set!

These are great for the price. I actually ended up using my old cushion facings, since they were thicker and still in good shape, plus they were already cut the right way. But, for under 3 bucks, you can't go wrong if yours are deteriorated or your table didn't have any. Buy em!

Seem to be high quality at a reasonable price. It was well worth the few dollars to replace the facings when replacing cushions. When done correctly this gives the most uniform performance and appearance of all the pockets. Most felt recoverings do not include this service but I would recommend such a cheap part to get the most life and best performance from the rails.

The cushion facings were a good fit for my table. Rough cut with a carpet knife, and then grind to fit with a dremel tool. I used DAP contact cement.
