12mm Cuetec Shaft, Thin Joint Ring Michael A. from North Hollywood, CA on March 20, 2012 Received a 13mm Shaft in error but as is customary, the outstanding staff of Ozone Billiards corrected the issue. Just received the correct shaft in the mail, the 12mm shaft, and I was impressed with the quality and workmanship and the strength of this shaft; there is hardly no flex, which translates into little or no deflection. Outstanding job Ozone!!! I'm a customer for life.

Nice replacement shaft Janea Taylor on October 6, 2009 I destroyed my original shaft by leaving in the trunk of my car over a hot Texas summer. I bought this replacement and some thread protectors. So far, it's been great!
