This process creates the only true liquid resistant fabric. If you spill something on it the liquid will just bead up. Seems to be a well made product,and a nice surprise to find it is pre cut. One thing to be sure you remember , side rail cuts are cut shorter than the end rail cuts ,so seperate the cuts before you start.Prevent a mistake that could be a disaster.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
