I ordered this stuff for my husband, excellent bridge head exactly what he wanted and shipping was awesome received quickly, i had also order a bridge stick and head two weeks before and he is very satisfied with it also. it came so quickly i will definitely order from you again in the future. keep up the good work. I was blown away by the client service of the guys at Ozone. During a telephone call with one of their sales people I happened to mention that in my previous order I had placed I though that I may have thrown out the bridge they had mailed with all the bubble wrap packaging.
He said nothing - but three days later a packaged arrived with a new bridge head!
Unbelievable. These guys know how to provide client service.

Can't use 'sideways' for extra height

Purchased the bridge head but was unaware it had to be screwed into the cue instead of actually having a screw that holds it in place. Quality is fine, just have to have my husband fix our pool cue.

Although well made, this bridge requires a special cue to attach to, e.g., matching the threads on the end. Should be sold only with that cue.

Beautaiful bridge head, high quality constructions, very solid and heavy. Rides on the cloth smoothly during placement, however... if you need to cue over a ball, you're screwed. You cannot stand this bridge on its side to get elevation. I had to put my old head back into use for occasions when it is needed to cue over a ball.
