This is a good book if you know a thing or two about pool and are just looking to improve your game. Without any video, it's hard to really know if your using correct form or not, but the exercises are very good for training on virtually every type of shot and it is written and explained pretty well

Diagrams are good, although text can be hard to follow. Very heplful sections on kicking and banking.
