CONFUSING
By Gary from Manville, NJ on August 14, 2011

I am a skill level 6 & & respectively so whilst not an expert, definitely not a complete novice and yet (and I have only read the first chapter so far) this book is not easy to follow at all. I have my own, quality table at home and play with a Predator P3 with a Z2 shaft and I have replicated the shots shown and to date, if I am making 5% of the shots shown, this is probably an over estimate. May be as I go through the book more, it may make more sense but right now, I am more confused than ever. On a lighter note, the stories the author tells are very funny and interesting.

This is a good book filled with lots of narrative about the old days of a pool hustler. Plus lots of info on banking it definitely improved my game, but the book is so complicated it is hard to follow a times.

this book is easy to understand and breaks banks down into bits of info you can handle. there is a saying that you can eat an elephant but you can't eat it all in one bite. this book shows you how to eat that elephant.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

Good Info

Novice or pro can learn something from this book. A wise man (and great shooter) once told me that if you can pick up a piece of info that helps your game its worth a fortune. I learned a few things from this one.
Sometimes there IS money in the bank.
By Tom from Smithonia, Georgia on October 7, 2009

Great book!!!! Has a wealth of info. But......unless you know a whole lot about pool, and are able to keep it all in order ' in your head, it takes some very acute visualization skills. Illustrations are detailed, but sometimes hard to follow.
Pros:
Interesting.Cons:
Very detailed and sometimes gets a little dry.
