I Purchased this for a friends son. He LOVES it. It plays very well, looks cool, and has a nice wrap on it! I would recommend this for a first time cue or even a second cue for that matter. It plays extremely well for such a low cost. Two Thumbs Up!!!
Side note, the customer service from OZONE was FANTASTIC, I paid for 2 day shipping on the cue, I emailed because the shipping took a little longer. Had I read the shipping info I would have known there was no shipping on Saturday or Sunday as it was clearly stated. They refunded my shipping money anyway and they didn't have to because it was still delivered on time per shipping details. This is a great company and I will return in the future for many more purchases.. Thanks OZONE!!
