The cue rack was delivered promptly. Finish of all components was good. Received all required hardware. There are no assembly instructions - just a photo copy of an exploded view, wasn't too difficult to figure out but took longer than it should have with no sequence of events. Happy with the cue rack - looks great on my wall!

Received item two days after ordering with regular ground shipping, which was suprising. Package arrived in great condition and pieces were packed with care. For the price, you can't beat it!
One thing....the directions for assembly, such as they were SUCKED! But, if you need directions assemble this item, then you shouldn't be playing pool anyway~~!!~~

I sent the first one back because of flaws in the wood. The second one was the strangest shade of OAK I've ever seen, not even close to matching my American made oak table. In the end, it's up and functional but I sure wish I could find stuff made in America. Ozone was quick to help and good to work with, and I did get to talk with Americans and not Chinese.

THE RACK IS BUILT VERY GOOD.THERE WERE NO DEFECTS IN THE WOOD AND THE STAIN WAS EVENLY APPLIED.

The product looked great. However it was too much (big) for my room and I returned it for a smaller floor corner rack. Their return policy is more than I expected. They handled it professionally, they paid for shipping and sent the item that I wanted immediately. Just remember to keep any boxes, it makes returning easier!

Overall its a nice product, but I had to deepen the countersinks on the 6 screws in the base as the screws were too short to reach the nut insets.
