I got responses from a team of people working together to make my request happen, and it did. Not only did they see to it that it arrived on time, they did not charge me a dime extra when most companies probably would have. I sent this ro my grandson-in-law and he was so pleased - said it was too nice to put outside his mancave so he is thinking about building a room inside his cave - I'd say he really likes it.
