Shaft great (my 5th) but half of Kamui tip not glued down.

Paid extra for the Kamui black soft tip. I had to replace the tip with a sniper I had in my bag because the kamui tip was not glued properly and winched away from the ferrule after only a few hits. In fact, my first hit was very hollow. Ended up paying another $30 to get a new tip on. What gives. I also ended up buying 3 more kamui black soft tips because they hit so great. I keep getting disappointed every time I order a shaft, i.e., broken ferrules, poorly attached tips, wrong taper on 314 2nd gen. shaft. Driving me nuts. Thinking about moving to Mezz. Looking like their QC is where Predator used to be.
